Escribimos estas líneas para tranquilizar a la todos nuestros clientes que han venido a comer a uno de nuestros locales en los últimos días y así no generar más dudas de las necesarias ...
En el MESÓN SON CALIU nos avisó un cliente que había venido a cenar con su pareja, siendo positivos de Covid-19, inmediatamente, a la mañana siguiente me llevé a todo el Personal a hacernos la Prueba PCR y en unas horas nos dijeron que teníamos un par de Positivos ( totalmente asintomáticos ), por lo que llamé al Laboratorio para que nos tomaran pruebas in situ de la superficie de mesas, sillas, baños, barra y cocina, resultado que dió Negativo de Covid-19 en el local, incluso ese mismo día yo comí con mi mujer y mis hijos ( también dimos negativo )
En el RESTAURANTE CIRO'S también se detectó un caso positivo de un camarero, que al detectarle fiebre un día que empezaba su turno, automáticamente lo mandamos a su casa , siguiendo el protocolo establecido,
En el MESÓN SON FERRER no ha habido ningún caso positivo y en el RESTAURANTE BRISAS tampoco ha habido ningún caso positivo.
Aún así, he decidido cerrar TODOS los locales por motivos de Seguridad , porque en mi empresa somos una gran familia y la Salud es lo primero .
Por lo que podéis estar bien tranquilos .
Creo que hemos hecho lo que teníamos que hacer, por el bien común de mis empleados y nuestra clientela habitual .

At the MESÓN SON CALIU we were notified by a client who had come to dinner with his partner, being positive for Covid-19, immediately, the next morning I took all the staff to do the PCR test and in a few hours they told us that we had a couple of Positives (totally asymptomatic), so I called the Laboratory to have us take in situ tests of the surface of tables, chairs, bathrooms, bar and kitchen, a result that gave Negative of Covid-19 in the premises, even that Same day I ate with my wife and children (we also tested negative)
In CIRO'S RESTAURANT, a positive case of a waiter was also detected, when we detected a fever one day when his shift began, we automatically sent him to his house, following the established protocol,
At MESÓN SON FERRER there have been no positive cases and at RESTAURANTE BRISAS there have been no positive cases either.
Even so, I have decided to close ALL the premises for Safety reasons, because in my company we are a big family and Health comes first.
So you can be very calm.
I believe that we have done what we had to do, for the common good of my employees and our regular clientele.
