🚨 New Booking Policy 🚨

Over the past 2 weeks we have experienced a significant number of last minute cancellations and no shows, resulting in approximately 200+ unfilled seats.

To ensure fairness and maintain the level of service we strive to provide, we are updating our reservation policy.

Effective immediately, all reservations for parties of three or more require card details to secure the booking.

This functions in the same way as a hotel reservation. Your card simply guarantees the booking. We do not take a deposit, and no funds are held.

A charge will only be applied in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours of the reservation, In such cases, the fee is 25€ per person.

Note: If you experience an emergency, and need to reschedule, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we put this policy in place.
