As the temperatures rise, we've added a couple of lighter options to our Sunday Menu for those looking for something a little fresher than a traditional roast.

🦐 Seafood Salad €10.95
Atlantic Prawns and Seafood Sticks served with crisp mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, hard-boiled egg, coleslaw, crusty bread and a classic Marie Rose dressing.

🧀 Traditional Ploughman's Lunch €10.95
Homecooked Ham, Pork Pie, Mature Cheddar Cheese, Branston Pickle, Pickled Onions, Coleslaw, Mixed Salad Leaves, Tomato, Cucumber, Apple Slices and Crusty Bread.

If anyone is looking for Linda today, don’t panic… we believe she was last seen doing laps of De Barra’s at approximately 97mph carrying dinners, cocktails, cutlery and possibly a customer under one arm 😅🍀

ABSOLUTE MADNESS at De Barra’s today… back-to-back bookings from the minute we opened. Every table filled, chairs moving quicker than a game of musical statues, and the kitchen printer sounding like it was applying for overtime 🔥🍽️

Honestly folks, we could probably have filled the bar TWICE over today. We had to turn away over 30 people who tried booking yesterday and again today 😳 and that’s the worst part for us, because we genuinely hate saying no to people.

Meanwhile poor Linda has basically become part waitress, part marathon runner, part air traffic control tower trying to land dinners safely onto tables 😂 Her Fitbit is probably contacting NASA as we speak.

And fair play to Billy too 👏
Imagine being told:
“Right Billy… Sal’s become a daddy early… here’s a packed kitchen, 100 hungry people and absolute chaos… good luck mate.” 😅

No easing him in…
No practice run…
Just straight into the deep end without armbands 💪👨‍🍳

But do you know what?
The food has been flying out…
Customers are laughing…
The bar is buzzing…
And somehow the team are pulling it off ❤️

Safe to say…
Linda deserves a bonus.
Billy deserves time off already!!!
And we probably need another 20 tables 🤣🍀

Seriously though folks, THANK YOU.
The support lately has been absolutely unbelievable and we appreciate every single one of you ❤️
