If you like steak don't miss out! Marinated for 24 hours before slowly cooked at 55°C for 10 hours. The beef is perfectly pink inside and charred from the grill on the outside. Served in a Thai red curry sauce with vegetables and steamed jasmine rice on the side.

It was somewhere in the middle of summer, 2021. Sitting on the terrace of the first SomSom location talking to a customer. She had a friend with her asking if we serve a drink with chili and ginger. No, we do not serve a drink with chili and ginger.

This high quality "secreto de iberico" is marinated for 24 hours before slowly cooked at 55°C for 4 hours.
The result is a soft heavenly texture, charred off at the grill for that meaty barbeque touch.
Served with a Thai BBQ dip on the side, and some raw condiments that are definitely supposed to be enjoyed alongside the meat and sauce 🌱🥒🔥

Dear SomSom friends and guests,
Because of the summer heat and in an effort to spare our chefs as good as we can, we have decided to close for lunch for the months of July and August.
Also our kitchen will be opened and closed half an hour later.
Our opening hours will be as follows:
Wednesday to Sunday from 19:30 - 23:00.
Monday and Tuesday closed.
