Well my travels in Asia turned in to my new project and family. I now operate The Bantayan Burrito Company on an idyllic tropical island in the Philippine Visayas. Any one traveling in the area should come and check us and the island out. Just google "Bantayan Island, Cebu" see you all on the flip side!

Was a great summer for Gourmet Organics. Would like to say a big thank you to all my clients, especially the management of El Palacette for a consistent flow of people requesting Gourmet Organics services.
I will be taking the next 3 months out to tour Asia and expand my knowledge of one of my favorite cuisines. I will be visiting Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines & Taiwan. Look out for some inspired dishes when i return.
See you all next summer, stay warm!

An amazingly successful weekend for Gourmet Organics @ Monda Rocks. We sold out of EVERYTHING! Thank you to Anna, Bart Alison and the M.M. for all your help. People seem to love our burgers and pulled pork sandwiches so we will be setting up again next weekend in Monda so all that missed can come try our street food!
