Every time I’m looking those photos take me deeply to most amazing memories and experience I had in my life as fantastic product from the best market in Madrid Spain to amazing communities people was surround me and support my business has been absolutely fantastic. I’ll have to say one of my best memories in my life which was very unique professional people working in the market different story every day he was art he was fashion. It was market. He was flamingo dancing in second floor of the market. He was fresh fruit fresh charcuterie, amazing cheese meat Fish daily it just like when I been there for first time I was jumping bouncing I was like I feel like I am in different world it’s like a paradise professional people some businesses there for a 50 to 70 years established and everybody’s cool. I was a little businessman when I came to the market and those big boys help me and push me to the best and they did and I’ve done it every day is too busy. I love it fresh food daily prep change every day products seasonal really really good and I was working with really amazing stuff. I love myself they work hard for me and I was look after them and sadly something happened and I have to leave the Madrid but I would love to come back again and do something connecting with Spain and here because when I come back that time to UK and the Covid the start and then it was difficult and I was starting different Business and I couldn’t go back but Top people good quality people good quality food trustful customer amazing ambient this is very unique and I never see it in my life as I work in hospitality in the last 27 years professionally as b**r bottom line to be working in a Top not Resturant hotel fine dining skill and restaurant owner to sell cataring Equipment I learned every single process I work really really hard for it but I was loving it because for me, it wasn’t just a work and earning it was like hobby. He was like challenge it was like joined because I love food I love quality. I love impressing your people and see the smile in your face and they enjoy enjoying the food for me is value a lot absolutely love it I wish the best for those people I missed every single one of them. I miss the market I miss Fish Man. I miss the meat man I miss the flamingo class. I missed the event in the market as a fashion designer Gucci Giorgio Armani is filming every day or something is art gallery was next to the market. It was Picasso exhibitions come people from all over the world. You never stop liveliness and everyone loving it everyone energetic just outstanding outstanding I wish the best for every single one of you are and I hope meet each other soon. Miss you all.
