TELL US YOUR "PISCINE STORY''
This week for the first time we share with you a "Piscine story" of two people who met each other in LaPiscine and ended up making some project together.
This story is about Marisa & Clodagh.
💦 How and when did the 2 of you meet?
Marisa: I was at La Piscine working and suddenly Estelle came to greeted me and told me that there was someone she thought I might be interested in getting to know her. And…. There she was. With her beautiful blue eyes, perfect makeup and always looking gorgeous: Yes there she is: Clodagh.
Clodagh: I was at La Piscine to meet with Estelle and explore how we could collaborate on offering workshops at La Piscine. Estelle told me she wanted to introduce me to someone and then she came back with Marisa. What struck me right away was her amazing energy, big warm smile and her positive enthusiasm and passion for developing people. It's contagious!
Marisa: We both shared what we were doing and our expertise on training, designing, facilitation and coaching. I was just in a crucial moment as I was looking for a new partner in crime to share ideas on growth and direction because I believe that together we are stronger. I loved her analytical way of viewing things and her calmness and wisdom.
💦 What came out from this meeting?
Clodagh: We had already agreed to meet for coffee in a few weeks after Marisa came back from a business trip but, completely coincidentally, we were both contacted by a mutual contact, Reka, an executive coach, who had an idea about International Coaching Week. It was fate!
Marisa: Thanks to Reka Nikoletta we had the opportunity to do a small workshop on the International Coaching Week, where we could see and experience how we both worked and shared our complementary styles. Couple of days later, we got together to plan more strategically how we could both grow as a team.
💦 What are the next steps for you?
Marisa: Right now we are both working on an exciting project we both love, which is the creation and Development of the Emotional Salary Barometer. This is a psychometric instrument that measures the non-financial benefits that work gives any employee and constitute a source of intrinsic motivation. We truly believe that this will be a powerful instrument that will help those who take it to transform their attitudes and perception of work and therefore, strengthen their personal and profesional development.
Clodagh: We're also working together developing workshops and a leadership development programme which will launch next year.
LaPiscine: Actual project of girls is Live your Brand (http://liveyourbrand.es/). And Development of the Emotional Salary Barometer will integrate Live your Brand soon.
💦 How would you describe La Piscine?

💦 What's your best plan in Madrid?
Marisa: Getting lost in all the streets in Madrid and finding new and amazing shops.
Clodagh: Watching the sunset from a roof terrace with good company.
LaPiscine: We are really happy about our small participation in this wonderful collaboration! And we hope to see more and more such motivating connections!
