Ten years ago, it all began.
On July 5th, 2016, I walked through that door to serve the first two guests at La Ballena.
At that moment, all we had was enthusiasm, a strong desire to work hard, and the dream of creating a restaurant where great food, the sea, and genuine hospitality would take center stage.
Ten years later, that same door still opens every day with the very same excitement.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of welcoming thousands of guests from all over the world. We have shared holidays, celebrations, reunions, first visits that became cherished traditions, and countless moments that are now part of La Ballena's story.
None of this would have been possible without you.
Thank you to every guest who has chosen us, who has come back time and time again, who has recommended us, and who has made us feel that La Ballena is your home too.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey: our team, our partners, our suppliers, our friends, and our families. Every one of you has left your mark and helped make it possible for us to celebrate this anniversary with pride.
These have been ten years of hard work, learning, sacrifice, and, above all, immense satisfaction. We look back with deep gratitude and look ahead with the same excitement we felt on the very first day.
We will continue to do everything we can to ensure that everyone who walks through our door feels at home and enjoys an experience worth remembering.
