Happy New Year to you all.

Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. I’ve officially sold the restaurant to Wan and Hemn, and I couldn’t be happier with who’s taking over.
Running this restaurant has been an unforgettable experience, and I’m so grateful for the community that made it special. I know Wan and Hemn will do amazing things here—please support them as you’ve supported me.

I wanted to keep you informed of what´s been happening at Mel´s. The tenants have left amicably and the business has reverted back to myself. I was there most of last week and customers assumed I was reopening but I was there solely to clean, paint and perform some general maintenance, the business is closed and currently up for sale.
While this marks the end of an era, I want to sincerely thank my old team for staying to help the tenants they really were one in a million and I hope they all find employment and to you our customers for your loyalty, support, and encouragement throughout the years. It’s been an honour to serve you and be part of this wonderful community. It´s a sad time but a decision that I feel is right for my family & I.
