It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Cafe Bombón. As all who have gotten to know us will know, we take pride in what we do, and only provide produce of the utmost quality and freshness.
This closure is not due to our lack of popularity or demand, it is in fact the opposite... we embarked on this journey with a vision of a small family run business, and overwhelmingly quickly have become extremely popular. As such we have come to the realisation that our success will take us down a path that will result in our complete loss of identity, and potential decrease in quality. This is not something we believe in, nor would we be satisfied with this outcome.
There is however a positive, we are not closing as a company, but purely our premises. We will still be fully trading, however online for the foreseeable future. This means that you will still be able to pre-order all of your favourite treats, both sweet and savoury, celebration cakes, handmade chocolates etc. We will continue to post updates and new products, and with this exciting move it means our Pastry Chef Jack will be freed up to focus on quality, delivery and innovative ideas.
We have met the most incredible people along this exciting journey, made many friends and built what we hope will be a memorable and positive reputation along the way.
Our doors will therefore close this coming Friday 19th July, and we would love to see you all at least one last time before we close the door on one milestone, and open the door to another.
We are also offering a Traspaso at a very reasonable and negotiable price, therefore if you do know of anyone who would like a ready to go project, fully rewired, with a full license from a cloths shop to a restaurant, modern decor and a stunning terrace, please pass any enquiries to us via Facebook, phone call, or simply stop by. We have the full accounts since opening showing the viability and true potential of this business.
We look forward to seeing you all this week and we would like to thank you all for your immense support which we hope will continue long into the future.
