This year I am offering a limited run of plant-based (yes vegan) panettone. I have not done this for a few years, but somehow, I have managed to improve my recipe a lot, so why keep it all to myself?

Currently, I am offering a 500g size for 15 euros (pickup, central delivery available).
Flavors: raisin & cranberries, or chocolate. Each top will include powder sugar upon request.

If you, or your loved ones are interested, please have them send me a PM or email me ([email protected]). As of now, I am only taking orders until Wednesday for Christmas, but I could be persuaded to do more after this time 🙂

Dear Friends... It is becoming the time when I close down this fb page. It makes me very sad to do this, but it is clear now that Tablespoon Bakery has no more future. I will leave it up until the end of the week, but it is best I just close it. Honestly, it is the constant reminder that is the hardest.

I loved the bakery endlessly. I still love that dream. But, as John Lennon said,

Lately I’ve been on a kick making ice cream, not necessarily nice cream. Sometimes I use sweet potatoes, sometimes chickpeas. Today is chickpeas and boiled carrots. .
Would a class on ice cream interest you?

Breaded seitan cutlets. Nope, it’s not baking but I still get to do quality control :)
Dry flour
Use chickpea or white or whatever you have. Add spices to flavor as you wish.
Batter
Same for flour
Salt and pepper
Add water with gas.
Process
Dry flour, dip in batter, back in dry flour then in pan.
Dry until browned on both sides
Eat any way you wish.
