The future of HōnestBar:Ibiza-dear friends thanks for asking how we are and when we are going to re-open🙏🏼!works are now completed and we are waiting for a few more little things-but the future looks uncertain... as you all know we are a family business and last year we have been the victims,too of the " rent crisis" that hit ibiza so badly-infact we have been evicted from the house we rented for 15 yrs and found ourselves homeless-sleeping in the shop-and to this day we have not found a house with A PROPER rent-the 23 yrs we have spent in ibiza and the 9 yrs we had the shop,were just incredible!🔥but right now we are wondering if the Universe has other things in store for our future-so we are seriuosly considering of leaving the island and put our beloved shop up for sale... we'll see... if we find a just and proper accomodation ,then, we can't wait to re-consider and re-open even in the middle of winter 🥶😅Anyway,wherever you are we thank you so much for your loyal custom and friendship 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼watch this space for more news!with much love to you and the beautiful Isle of Bès!😍😍

Just a reminder of what we are up to these days :perfecting our already perfect Raw Vegan Lasagna=organic courgettes,layered with sprouted almonds cream and sundried tomatoes,shredded sh*take mushrooms and seaweed...yes,life sometime is sooo unfair you are missing out on something like this!... oh well... there you go then.cheerio!😋😋😋
