Niraj has spent years exploring the connection between breath, sound and meditation. His work brings together ancient Pranayama practices with rhythmic breathing, music and movement, creating a deeply immersive approach to breathwork.

For this special session at Mikasa, Niraj will guide us through Breath & Beats, an experience designed to bring you out of the thinking mind and into the body, using breath and rhythm as the way in.
