Embracing a daily balanced diet, identifying and managing food intolerances, learning how to avoid junk food and becoming more aware of one's own physical and mental well-being are a must of contemporary life.
These premises inspired Chef Erika Tangari’s new cuisine lessons for s'horted verd:
A course of 4 lessons, a pill for everyone designed to create a complete, delicious and rich menu of nutrients for our health with simple and quick recipes.
Founded ten years ago, s'horted verd is an organic store created by the intuition of Alicia. Born and raised in Ibiza, she had the aspiration to create a sustainable concept space in Sant Jordi, in the southern area of the white island: a store selling organic produce of guaranteed origin surrounding an open kitchen to be the centre stage of a new session of Energetic cuisine.
Argument and recipes are prepared according to the principles of Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic and traditional Mediterranean cuisine, using seasonal produce exclusively and products that respect the island's sustainability and that of any living form.
Want to improve your eating habits? During the new session of energetic cooking class we will share all the necessary skills to restore balance and health, on the basis of respect of nature, with an eye to Ayurveda and Macrobiotic principles and Mediterranean traditional cuisine.
