Marc-Yann is jumping behind the bar at Chidas and he’s bringing over a decade of international mischief with him. From Paris and London to Dubai, Ibiza and the Caribbean, he’s shaken, stirred and charmed his way around the world.

His impressive adventures include the legendary Plaza Athénée in Paris, La Cantine du Faubourg in Dubai and Bar 1805, where he worked alongside our good friend and French cocktail maestro—Charles Vexenat. Ooh là là! 🇫🇷😏

Expect big personality, wild flavours, unexpected twists and cocktails almost as characterful as the man making them.
