haven’t swam for ages, I can hear the swoosh of my heartbeat in my left ear…
And every time I go swimming half of my face feels full of the flu 😖
Tubaritis it is , bloody steroids for a week! pleaseeeeeee let me back in the water! Flippers crossed !🤞🏻

So….. what a year.
I know we should all say Happy New Year and celebrate and make trending videos of the years passed events.
And….I DO wish everyone a Happy New Year, but I also want to acknowledge, celebrate and congratulate all those people that have been having a difficult time behind the scenes, putting on a brave face and a smile while battling with mental health issues, that may find these christmas times difficult…
What we show on instagram is mostly what we love about our lives or jobs.
Hiding the vulnerability…..
So…. Well done to everyone for getting through this year, whatever your situation. My Bestest wishes to everyone, WE MADE IT!

Bueno…..qué año. Sé que todos deberíamos decir Feliz Año Nuevo y celebrar y intentar hacer videos virales de los eventos del año pasado.
Y SI…OS DESEO A TODOS un Feliz Año Nuevo, pero también quiero reconocer, felicitar y celebrar a todas aquellas personas que han tenido dificultades, poniendo una cara valiente y una sonrisa mientras luchan con problemas de salud mental, que pueden encontrar estos tiempos de navidad dificiles… Lo que mostramos en Instagram es principalmente lo que amamos de nuestras vidas o trabajos. Ocultando la vulnerabilidad….. Asi que…. Enhorabuena a todos por superar este año.
