Pavone is a lovely two floor house, located in the ancient port of Ibiza, in the Marina district. Dating from the early twentieth century, it was converted into a restaurant in 1984 when Giorgio & Michele, the historical owners of the restaurant, decided to move to Ibiza. They were young and in love and decided to get away from the monotony of everyday life, to begin a new adventure. It was so, that was born Il Pavone, where after 30 years we still welcome our guests, with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
