Lockdown activity - ploughing through the fantastic with . A light lunch today - Grilled Carrots with Labneh and Dukkha. So very simple when you have pre-made all the condiments and have them in jars in the fridge! Yet another fabulous blend of flavours. So far every dish has been unique. Planning a feast of the whole menu - hopefully to have before too long!

Lockdown activity - another with . A really simple but mind blowingly flavoursome dish of salmon and prawns in Spicy Tomato Sauce served with ultra creamy Tahini Sauce - that’s going to be a house favourite!!!

Lockdown activity. Great morning in the kitchen making store cupboard condiments inspired by on his . Also made one of the class Mezze dishes - Pea Spread with Smokey Marinated Feta with yummy flatbreads. Now we are ready for the rest of the class dishes - can’t wait! Condiments included: tahini sauce, pickled chilli, shatta, zaatar oil, confit garlic, smokey marinated feta, sumac onions, dukkha. 3 more tomorrow.....!

Hoarding toilet paper and non-perishables seems somewhat logical, but people are greatly surprised to see yeast, of all things, vanish from store shelves due to the hoarding pandemic. But, do no fret, as this biologist came to save the day!
