Paul has been in the catering industry for over 25 years and was formally part owner, with his family of Crumps restaurant in Pueblo Lopez, Fuengirola, and as a qualified teaching golf pro, worked at several golf courses along the coast. For the past 8 years, he held the position of food and beverage manager, and head chef at El Paraiso golf club in Estepona. Debbie, also has many years in the industry, having worked at various bars, restaurant and golf clubs, on the coast, including several years at the Britannia in Fuengirola. This is the food that we like to eat and the way we like to eat it! Bad Ass Bistro es la creación de Paul Crumpler y Debbie Maclean, Paul, originalmente de Surrey, Inglaterra, pero residente en España desde 1984 y Debbie, de Ayrshire, Escocia y residente en España desde 2005. Llevan 10 años juntos com pareja, y tienen tres niños fantásticos juntos. Rain, Amber y Sonny. Paul Tambien tiene una hija mayor, Lucia. Paul tiene mas de 25 años de experencia en hosteleria, y fue uno de los propietarios, junto con su familia de restaurant “Crumps”, and Pueblo Lopez, Fuengirola, y como profesor de golf ha trabajado en varios campos de golf en la Costa. Durante los ultimos 8 años, ha trabajado como encargado y jefe de cocina en El Paraiso Golf restaurante, Estepona. Debbie, Tambien lleva mucha experiencia en hosteleria, trabajando en varios, bares, restaurantes y campos de golf incluyendo 5 años como camarera en el “Brittania bar”, Fuengirola

Asi es como nos gusta comer y como nos gusta comerlo! Nuestras racciones son casi todas de unos 180 gramos, seperando carnes, pescados, ensaladas y guarniciones, para que puedes crear su comida o picoteo con sus platos favoritos, compartiendo un gran variedad de sabores, todo a un precio muy accesible. Situado en la preciosa Plaza Yate, en el centro de Fuengirola,ideal para familias, estamos a tan solo 200m de la plaza de la Inglesia o del paseo marítimo, sin el ruido de la ciudad. Que significa “Bad Ass”? Pues en Ingles algo o alguien es bad ass, cuando es “la leche” también ass en Ingles es A**o, es un juego con palabras. Pero creemos que nuestra, comida, bebida y servicio es “Bad Ass” o “La leche”
Tenemos una terraza fantástica, con mesas para 30 personas y un interior acogedor, pero moderno, también con aforo de 30 personas,con buena música, ofreciendo un ambiente único.
