Summer may be slowing down, but things are only getting started at Groenk.
This autumn and winter, we’re filling our tables, kitchens and beautiful mountain villages with good food, long evenings and a few very special occasions. 🤍

A guest left a little card behind at the restaurant the other day. 🤍

I picked one.

It said:

“What is your favourite restaurant?”

And I stopped for a moment.

Because the first place that came to my mind was Groenk Fornalutx.

Not because it is ours.

But because of everything that happens here.

It’s the smell of freshly baked burger buns in the morning.
It’s the sound of the grill.
It’s a perfectly cooked steak shared at the table.
It’s a glass of wine slowly enjoyed on the terrace.
It’s the little conversations with our guests.
It’s familiar faces coming back again and again.
It’s our team caring about every plate that leaves the kitchen.
It’s the mountains, the stone streets and the feeling of being somewhere special.

It’s the warmth.

The simplicity.

The people.

The feeling that you can sit down, take a deep breath, and simply feel at home.

Maybe that is what makes a restaurant a favourite.

Not just the food.

But how you feel when you are there.

So, if someone asked me today:

“What is your favourite restaurant?”

I think I know my answer. ❤️

Made by us, fresh every day. 🍔

Whenever we can, we make things ourselves — from scratch, with care.

Our burger buns are baked fresh every day in our central kitchen, following our own recipe and made by the expert hands of our baker, Fernando. Soft, fresh and made to be the perfect match for what’s inside.

Now the only question is:

We’re hiring waiters / waitresses and runners for our restaurants in Fornalutx and Deià.
👉 Full-time job with real balance:
– 3 or 4 days off per week
– 14 days off per month in total

Work hard, but truly enjoy Mallorca in your free time.

Requirements:
– English and Spanish
– Own transport to Fornalutx or Deià or living locally (no late public transport)
– Positive attitude & team spirit
