The end of a lovely journey ...... we are sorry to advise all our Facebook followers that we will be leaving the Country Club at the end of May. We put in a proposal to take over all of the Club and to open the restaurant in association with a highly respected catering company. Unfortunately our proposal was rejected in favour of a Spanish family who will be taking the Club over on 1 June. We have loved our year working here and have met so many lovely people. We would like to thank you all for your friendship, loyalty and support. We may have a few Farewell Parties before we go, so watch this space.

El Paraiso Pool Bar will be showing the US Masters live from 7pm tonight (Saturday 13 April). On Sunday 14th Chelsea v Manchester City FA Cup Semi Final will be showing from 5pm followed by the US Masters until the finish - complimentary sandwiches will be provided tomorrow evening!

We´re showing the Grand National live today - still some tickets left in our sweep if you fancy trying your luck - tickets 3€. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd - 60€, 40€ and 20€. A chance to relax on the terrace before and after the race - now that the long awaited sun has come out!
