I’m Ashton Taylor, a professional footballer who’s played for teams like and now in Gibraltar.

Off the pitch, I’ve created something close to my heart: — a brand inspired by the countless cups shared with teammates, friends, and family over the years.

After all, who doesn’t love a croissant or patisserie in the morning with a perfect cup of coffee? The name “Croissant Coffee” came naturally — croissants are a big part of our family’s favorite memories, especially from trips to France with my kids when going to Disneyland and grabbing a 🥐 in the morning, it’s where those simple, shared moments made lasting memories and have now become a staple in our family’s traditions.

Our mission? To elevate coffee culture and experience here in Gibraltar and Spain. While we’re online crafting the finest blends for you to have at home it’s only for now, our goal is to open our very own café, creating a space where everyone can connect, relax, and enjoy.

Introducing Croissant Coffee! ☕🥐

Hi everyone, Ashton here. I wanted to take a moment to introduce Croissant Coffee—a passion project born from my love of coffee, croissants, and the social experience they bring. After years of enjoying fine patisserie with my family and teammates, I decided to launch something close to my heart: coffee that’s all about flavor, quality, and community. I will share my story and introduce myself properly soon.

We have a range of beautiful blends, from the rich and chocolatey Colombia ORO to our house favorite Dulzura de Colombia, with sweet, floral notes and a cacao base. Whether you prefer a bold brew or something smooth like our decaf Dulce Brasil, we’ve got something for every taste.
