El Arts Hotel is located in a typical Andalucian, whitewashed village in the Axarquia region: Colmenar. The village is a lively place at times and there is a good range of bars, shops and restaurants, all of which are very welcoming, especially to visitors. El Arts Hotel is a fully functional rural Hotel with a option for Exclusive Use Venue. Exclusive Use Venue means that a person or a group (
company) can book the entire property for their sole use for a minimum period of a day. El Arts Hotel with 9.800 meters of enclosed grounds and an attractive swimming pool area offers 20 bedrooms, 18 double and 2 single, all en-suite. Set in its own established gardens, El Arts Hotel is fronted by a large car parking area offering covered bays for clients. A wide stone staircase leads up, through lush garden areas, to a fantastic terrace that fronts the whole hotel and has twin fountains, palm and roses trees and a large, cool, exterior seating area for clients to enjoy the superb mountain views. From the terrace customers enter through double doors into the hotel proper and its large reception area. The reservation desk is positioned just off the main hall. The hotels main hall is impressive but the Jewel in the Crown of El Arts Hotel is its 400 seat restaurant with massive open stone fireplace. Off the main entrance, to the right there is a magnificent bar lounge, with wood burning fire, and plenty of comfortable seating and dining areas for hotel guests or non resident diners. The serving bar is incredible and gives great atmosphere to the total drinks area plus it has a separate entrance for the many tourists to the area that call in for drinks and meals. The Hotel kitchen is better and larger than most four star hotels with every possible commercial catering machine and walk-in chiller rooms, this kitchen can easily cater for functions of 300!
