In Guatemala, everything begins with the flowering. 🇬🇹

For just a few days, coffee trees are covered in white blossoms, surrounded by aromas of jasmine and honey. A brief moment that will define the harvest to come. 🍒

But when the rains lose their rhythm, the flowering does too. And the harvest changes with it. 🌧️

That’s why some producers don’t go too far with labels and just call it: full honey. 🍒
