Con motivo de el día de los enamorados, cerraremos el domingo 13-2-22 y abriremos el lunes 14-2-22 con un menú degustación de 6 Platós que constará de:

- Ostra encevichada estilo Nickey.
- Bocadito crujiente de cochinita pibil
- flauta crujiente de pato con salsa de mango.
- Tataki de atún rojo con quinoa.
- Carrillera de cerdo ibérico con parmienter de patata y trufa negra.
- Creme brulee de vainilla de Madagascar.

Anlässlich des Valentinstags schließen wir am Sonntag, den 13.02.22 und öffnen am Montag, den 14.02.22 mit einem 6-Gänge-Degustationsmenü bestehend aus:

- Austern im ceviche im Nickey stil.
- Knusprige cochinita pibil happchen.
- Knusprige entenfloten mit mango sauce.
- Rote thunfisch - Tataki mit quinoa.
- Iberische schweinebacken mit kartoffel-parmentier und truffel.
- Creme brulee aus Madagascar-vainille.

On the occasion of Valentine's Day, we will close on Sunday 2-13-22 and open on Monday 2-14-22 with a 6-course tasting menu that will consist of:

- Oysters on ceviche Nickey Style.
- Crunchy bites of pulled pork in a chili souce ( cochinita pibil ).
- Crispy flute filled with duck and Mango souce.
- Red tuna tataki with quinoa.
- iberian pork cheek served with potato parmienter and black truffle.
- Creme brulee ( vanilla madascar )

Lamentamos comunicarles que después de realizar pruebas PCR a todo el equipo, varios de nuestros empleados incluido el jefe de cocina han dado positivo por lo que no podremos abrir en los próximos días. Sabemos que son fechas señaladas y hemos hecho todo lo posible por poder complacer a los clientes que habían reservado con nosotros pero finalmente no a sido posible. Lamentamos las molestias, cuídense mucho y feliz año a todos.

We regret to inform you that after carrying out PCR tests on the entire team, several of our employees including the head chef have tested positive so we will not be able to open in the next few days. We know that these are certain dates and we have done everything possible to be able to please the clients who had booked with us but in the end it has not been possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience, take good care of yourselves and happy new year to all.

Wir bedauern, Ihnen mitteilen zu müssen, dass nach Durchführung von PCR-Tests im gesamten Team einige unserer Mitarbeiter einschließlich des Küchenchefs positiv getestet wurden, so dass wir in den nächsten Tagen nicht öffnen können. Wir wissen, dass dies bestimmte Daten sind und wir haben alles getan, um die Kunden, die bei uns gebucht hatten, zufrieden zu stellen, aber am Ende war es nicht möglich. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, passen Sie gut auf sich auf und wünschen allen ein frohes neues Jahr.
