Empezaremos con un ronqueo en directo de la mano de Toni Fiol, de Bluefin Balear , para conocer de cerca el producto, sus cortes y su aprovechamiento.

Después, Michael Bosca × David Rivas se unen en cocina con un menú degustación a 4 manos, interpretando las diferentes partes del atún desde la mirada y la cocina de cada uno.
