El 21 y 22 de junio, Briones vuelve a escuchar su historia.
Y en Allegar, la celebramos como mejor sabemos hacerlo: alrededor de una mesa.

Con motivo de las Jornadas Medievales, hemos creado un menú especial inspirado en la memoria de esta tierra, sus productos y su manera de entender la gastronomía.

Seis pases y tres aperitivos que recorren sabores conocidos desde una mirada contemporánea.

Una propuesta que conecta pasado y presente, tradición y creatividad, territorio y cocina.
