When you create a meal, let your imagination take you on a creative journey so that you don’t just out food on a plate, you create an experience that starts before you even take the first mouthful.

We’re looking at putting together and online workshop comprising of 2 sessions to help you see how you can create balanced, flavorful meals.

No, they won’t be around nutrition and recipes because those will come later on but they will encompass the following:-

📍H ow to combine the six main flavors when cooking

📍What flavours compliment and balance out each other

📍Which types of meals and flavors take time to put together as well as ones that are quick and easy

📍The “secret” components that make up a meal that can truly be enjoyed

These sessions will give you an insight into the mind and creative process behind a meal so that can start taking the elements and use them in your own cooking process.

What’s on the menu this week ?

Choose your Starter – Carrot & Red Pepper Soup or Sweet Potato & Quinoa Bites

Choose your Main Course – Pulled Pork Casserole or Lentil & Aubergine Rago (vegan)

And for dessert we have Apple & Blueberry Crumble with a vanilla coconut cream custard

Orders to be place by close of business on Thursday evening and collection points will be arranged for Saturday Morning.

It's that time of the week when we release a brand new menu and this week, we've created a comforting and nourishing menu for you to choose from.

We're also back to our regular collection days so orders all orders will be ready for collection next Saturday Morning.
