🇪🇸Esta es las situación en la plaza ole, las obra todovia no has terminado pero después de 10mese ( obligado ha estar cerrado por culpa del ayuntamiento porque no tenia terraza, no un entrada accesible por los clientes y un a abujero en fronte al local con todas las tuberías abiertas haciendo mal olor) vamos a reabrir nuestro restaurante con la ilusión que muy temprano terminan la plaza y con gana de trabajar y hacer un buen verano!!

🇬🇧 This is the situation in the plaza ole, the work has not yet finished but after 10 months (been forced by the town hall to be closed because we did not have a terrace, not an entrance accessible by customers and a hole in front of the restaurant with all the open pipes making a bad smell) we are going to reopen our restaurant with the illusion that very early they finish the square and with the desire to work and have a good summer!!

🇪🇸Hola, esta es la situación de plaza Ole en Benalmandena costa, el alcalde Victor Navas ha tenido la brillante idea de empezar las obras a finales de mayo, justo cuando empezaba la temporada de verano, y como es logico todos los bares y restaurantes de la plaza han tenido que cerrar, prometio que todos los negocios podrian abrir en agosto y las obras finalizarian en septiembre pero nada de eso se ha cumplido. Estamos a 7 de octubre y las obras estan paralizadas sin aviso alguno del porque. 2 de 6 negocios han podido abrir a mitad de agosto pero los demas seguimos cerrados por las condiciones en las que han dejado la plaza (normas de seguridad, de igiene y accesibilidad) y claramente no podemos dar servicio.Ademas sin recibir ayuda economica y continuando a pagar gastos (alquiler,comunidad, luz, agua y basura).Hemos llegado a una situcion bastante fuera de lo normal, con los trabajos paralizados, sin dar explicaciones a los dueños de los negocios y la escusa del ayuntamiento es que no hay fondos economicos necesarios para finalizar las obras.
LAMENTABLE.
