We’ll be taking our end-of-season holidays from November 1st to December 19th.

💚 A lovely encounter at Almika… 🇫🇷🇪🇸

Over the past two weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Thomas, a young French student, as part of his Erasmus internship 🇪🇺

Two weeks go by so quickly… but certainly long enough to leave a lovely impression! 😊

Thomas has been professional, serious, motivated, always smiling and genuinely lovely. We really enjoyed having him with us, and appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness every day.

Beyond the internship itself, it’s these little human connections that make our Almika adventure even more special. 💚

We’re very happy to have shared this experience with him, and we wish him lots of success in the future, both in his studies and in his personal projects. 🍀

Thank you for everything, Thomas, and above all… never change!
We wish you all the very best for the next chapter of your journey. ❤️

🥵🥵 it’s very hot at the moment, and it’s even hotter in the kitchen! 🔥🔥

As there are only two of us taking care of both the kitchen and the service, things may be a little slower during the hottest days of summer.

Thank you so much for you patience, understanding and kidness 🫶🏼 it truly means a lot to us and we always do our best to give you the best possible experience.
