A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to take part in a festival in Guangzhou China. It was a unique experience: countless iced V60s and endless lines of people curious to try our coffee and connect with us in such a genuine way. ☕️🇨🇳

Hace unas semanas tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en un festival en Guangzhou , China. Fue una experiencia única: muchas V60 con hielo y colas interminables de personas curiosas por probar nuestro café y conectar con nosotros de una manera tan auténtica. ☕️🇨🇳
Muchísimas gracias a todos los que os pasasteis por allí, y muy especialmente a .coffee y a todo el equipo por hacernos sentir como en casa.

A huge thank you to everyone who came by to support us and share a coffee ✨

We have introduced two new coffees from El Salvador, both of the Pacamara variety.

The first comes from producer José Díaz. It is a washed process coffee with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation, roasted very light to highlight its delicate notes. Designed for filter brewing, it has quickly become our morning batch brew.

The second Salvadoran coffee is our new seasonal espresso. Also a washed process with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation, it delivers a richer, more expressive cup that is perfect for espresso and milk-based drinks.

All of this is thanks to our friend from , whom we met a long time ago. Starting next season, we’ll also be featuring his own coffees on our menu.

La presencia de nuestro café en otros espacios responde siempre a una coherencia de producto. En , esta relación se fundamenta en una transición compartida hacia la calidad y la sostenibilidad real.

Situados en el barrio de Gràcia, su propuesta gastronómica se alinea con la filosofía del café de especialidad. En su local, nuestro café (espesso y filtro) convive con una oferta de focaccias de masa madre, ensaladas y bocadillos artesanales elaborados bajo criterios biológicos y de kilómetro cero.
