Love our surf & burg and lobster loaded fries? When you eat with us you know you’re getting fresh local lobster 🦞

All of our lobsters are caught on family run day boats for us to collect fresh from Folkestone. We use the lobster to creat the surf & burg, lobster loaded fries and lobster toastie.

We also use the shells to boil down to make a bisque reduction which is combined with brandy and noilly prat to drizzle over the seafood. This makes them even more delicious.
