We will present a menu that is crafted by and accompanied by sake tea and the most amazing cocktail containing umr/yuzu/sake by Andrea. That night will be not just an amazing dining and drink experience it also includes a lot of information about how to do koji with Spanish rice and miso with barley. The Japanese Nordic-Italian mix will be a fusion that you have never seen before! We have just 28 seats so don’t hesitate and miss this unbelievable culinary Experience .
