This morning, I almost stayed in bed.
But something told me to get up.
So Mocha and I headed to the beach to watch the sunrise. 🌅🐾
No big plans.
No celebration.
Just the sea, the first light of the day, and my best mate beside me.
I’m really glad I went.
Because the moments we almost miss often become the ones we remember the longest.
Not a bad way to start another year. 🤍

☀️ 32°C… and this is only the beginning.
Driving past the windmill roundabout, the smell of charcoal, grilled fish and the sea all blend together. It’s one of those moments you can’t really describe… you just have to experience it.
The heat is something else right now. Honestly, I don’t know how we’re all going to survive August. 😅
A final update about CAFE MARCO will be coming soon.

Beautiful? Absolutely.
Comfortable? Not even close! 😂
I love rain, cool weather and cloudy days.
I think I’ve had enough of living inside an oven. 🔥😂
Where would you recommend I go to escape this heat? Somewhere cooler, greener… maybe even rainy? 🌧️👇
Poor Mocha wasn’t a fan either. 🐶❤️
The pavement was so hot he spent most of the walk in my arms because it was burning his paws.

If you have pets, please be careful in this heat. Their paws can burn much faster than we realise.
