Within a few minutes you can be swimming in the Mediterranean sea or taking an excursion around the nature reserve, El Corredor, on foot or on the back of a donkey if you fancy! There are many restaurants and “xiringuitos” on the beach with fresh fish in nearby villages.
2 km from the motorway, twenty minutes from Barcelona, also close to other Catalan cities worth visiting, like Girona with its jewish quarter, Figueres with Dali' s museum, and Tarragona with all the archeological remains.
