🍴 Special New Year’s Eve Menu:
• Welcome appetizer with bread, aioli, and romesco sauce.
• Starters:
• Pickled oyster with coconut and lime pearls.
• Ferrero Rocher-style bread with foie gras mousse and quince purée.
• Smoked leek cream with shrimp and basil oil

• Main Course:
• Roasted sea bass fillet with celery root and smoked paprika, squid ink coral crisps, and tarragon mousseline.
• Beef tenderloin over truffled potato parmentier and morel mushroom sauce
