Can you imagine living here 😊?
What would you do with this space 🤷?

I'm sharing an AI generated concept layout to illustrate how this restaurant in Almuñécar could potentially be transformed into a beautiful private residence.

The images are for inspiration only and are intended to help buyers visualize the property's possibilities.

Any change of use from commercial premises to a private residence would, of course, be subject to the necessary approvals and permits from the Almuñécar Town Hall and the relevant authorities.

If you're looking for a property with great potential in a fantastic location, you can find all the details here in the first comment.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing.

More AI interior layouts will follow.

A former restaurant with huge potential for commercial, hospitality, or mixed use.
A unique opportunity to transform and capitalize on a strategic location, subject to the necessary permits and approvals ✍️

Hola🤗,

After a lot of thought, we've decided to put our commercial property in Almuñécar on the market.

The project Meson del Gusto meant a lot to our family, and for two years we had the opportunity to run it and be part of the local community.

Unfortunately, a combination of events—including the pandemic, the economic uncertainty that followed the war in Ukraine, and changes in our family's situation—made it increasingly difficult to continue managing it from abroad.

Rather than leave it unused, we'd love to see it find a new owner with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for its future.

Before turning this page, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful customers for their support, loyalty, and encouragement throughout the journey. We are equally grateful to our fantastic business neighbours, whose friendship, kindness, and sense of community made our time in Almuñécar truly special.

You will always be part of our memories of this chapter.

And if you remember George, our little ginger cat, he was the first soul to greet us every day and remained a loyal companion throughout the journey 😍

If you know someone who might be looking for a business opportunity or investment on the Costa Tropical, we'd be grateful if you share the link.

👉 Full details, photos and the listing link are in the comments below.

Thank you all for being part of our journey ❤️ ❤️
