🌿 Tomorrow at The Wellness Circle
Are you over 60 and finding that pain, stiffness, balance, breathing or mobility are starting to affect everyday life?
Tomorrow we’re delighted to welcome Markus Barth, Physiotherapist, as our guest speaker.
Markus specialises in working with people in their 60s and beyond, taking a wider view of health and mobility — not simply treating a condition, but helping people understand it and become more confident in managing it themselves.
He’ll be talking about areas including:
🦴 Osteoarthritis & joint health
🧠 Parkinson’s, MS & stroke
🫁 Respiratory conditions including COPD & asthma
🦴 Osteoporosis & bone health
💪 Back & neck pain
🏃♀️ Therapeutic exercise, movement & independence
The emphasis is on practical information, appropriate exercise and giving you the tools to stay as active and independent as possible.
Whether you’re dealing with a particular problem, supporting a partner or simply want to understand more about looking after your body as you get older, you’re very welcome to join us.
