✅ Ever tries, ever fail, no matter try again, fail again, FAIL BETTER! (Beckett).
🔸During the first try I realized that the result about taste was bit bitter and the acidity quiet present in mouth, so for me the right direction was going to long infusion time and enhance the first pouring plus stirring do the big job.
🔸Well this is the best of this tool, either you think your recipie is good enough there are thousands ways to make one with same staff. Just make your one and HAVE FUN!!!
☕️ Developing the recipie for the Final AeroPress Spanish Championship:
1️⃣ Water temperature: 88 ºC
2️⃣ Water pouring time: 30s (55gr)
3️⃣ Stirring time: 25s (15s stirring - 10s wait)
4️⃣ Blooming time: 25s (190 gr)
5️⃣ Infusion time: 30s wait
6️⃣ Pressing time: 30s
By the way I lost in first round but was a great experience!!! 🙌🙌
