A Huge thank you to Myra & Bill for asking us to do Afternoon Tea, Evening Buffet & Chilli, 2 large Victoria Sponge Birthday Cakes and a Key lime Pie for Bills 80th Birthday.

This is from Myra & Bill:

Austin and Trevor formally of The English Gem, Albox prepared a most wonderful, traditional English afternoon Tea Party on Bill 80th birthday. There was a family table of 6 and a friend table of 6. They looked after us so well, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food all homemade was totally delicious. The cava flowed freely and accompanied with English Tea served in bone china tea pots it was an exquisite English experience in the Spanish sunshine at our home. Bill and I would highly recommend Trevor and Austin to cater for your family and friends’ special events. It will be very successful, you can be sure of that. They also catered for our evening buffet with such a variety of hot and cold choices, including vegetarian. The most delicious birthday cake was enjoyed by all. Austin and Trevor made our day along with our superb singer, Sharon Regan.
