Working in the hot kitchen, Robert is right where the action is. He loves a busy service, lots of orders coming in, and that special feeling when the kitchen is working at full speed.

His main passion is poultry — from the first preparation to the final touch on the plate, Robert puts his energy and attention into every dish.

For him, a busy kitchen isn’t stress — it’s where the real fun begins. 🔥
