Mahmoud and Ali share a love for two things: food and travel. The food tribe traveled more than Mr. Phileas Fogg and his 80 days of globetrotting and were inspired by the variety of cuisines that the world had to offer. This triggered their creative tastes, denied them satisfaction with ordinary choices, and all conversation now jumped from one topic to another, till it landed back on food. While their appreciation for international cuisine remained strong, they still wished their meals were more localized. This is when Mahmoud and Ali started thinking; anything can have a local flair if made the right way, why don't we just do it? High-quality materials and top-class chefs can make wonders happen, and we can easily have international cuisine with an oriental twist in a market where great versions of all food continuously emerge. And so, there was no better place or time for “One Ninety Five” to open its doors, bringing culinary adventures to food lovers at the heart of the city.
