وصفة مافن / كب كيك الشوكولاتة

المكونات
لـ 6 مافن كبير:

• 1 كوب دقيق متعدد الاستخدامات
• 1/3 كوب كاكاو غير محلى
• 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج صودا
• رشة ملح
• 1/2 كوب سكر
• 1/4 كوب زيت )
• 1 بيضة كبيرة
• 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا
• 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قهوة سريعة الذوبان (اختياري، لإضافة نكهة شوكولاتة عميقة)
• 1/4 كوب حليب
• 1/2 كوب زبادي
• 1/2 كوب قطع شوكولاتة (أو رقائق)

للحشو:

• شوكولاتة قابلة للدهن (حوالي ملعقة كبيرة لكل مافن)

طريقة التحضير:

1. سخن الفرن إلى 200 درجة مئوية وضع 6 قوالب ورقية في صينية المافن.
2. تحضير المكونات الجافة: في وعاء كبير، قم بنخل الدقيق، الكاكاو، البيكنج صودا، والملح معاً.
3. تحضير المكونات السائلة: في وعاء آخر، اخفق السكر والزيت حتى يتجانسا. أضف البيضة، الفانيليا، والقهوة السريعة الذوبان، واخلط حتى يصبح المزيج ناعماً. ثم أضف الحليب والزبادي وامزج حتى تتجانس المكونات السائلة تماماً.
4. دمج المكونات الجافة والسائلة: أضف المكونات السائلة إلى المكونات الجافة وامزج بلطف حتى تتجانس، ولكن احرص على عدم المبالغة في الخلط.
5. إضافة قطع الشوكولاتة: أضف قطع الشوكولاتة بلطف لتضمن وجود مركز شوكولاتة ذائب ولذيذ في كل مافن.
6. خبز المافن: وزع الخليط بالتساوي بين قوالب المافن. اخبز لمدة 5 دقائق، ثم بدون فتح الفرن، اخفض الحرارة إلى 180 درجة مئوية واستمر في الخبز لمدة 13 دقيقة إضافية أو حتى تخرج عود الأسنان نظيفاً من المنتصف.
7. اللمسة الأخيرة: بعد أن يبرد المافن قليلاً، اصنع حفرة صغيرة في وسط كل مافن واملأها بشوكولاتة قابلة للدهن. #وصفه #شوكولاته #شوكولاتة #نوتيلا
