Nevine's Fresh and Sound Kitchen the caf is all about fresh food and fresh sounds. there's no fixed menu. it's all about making the best of what we have locally here.

if you live in dahab, you'll know the food supply is erratic, so what i cook depends on what i find on the day. it usually involves fresh locally caught seafood, wholesome, colourful salads and soups and all kinds of dips. currently, we have a resident russian dj spinning trip hop and downbeat on some evenings, and the fire juggling skills of deeb the wolf man bedouin! private parties and seafood barbecue banquets can be booked in advance. love and peas.and parsley..and coriander...xx
