MEET LOKALI — شيف ماندو ❤️

في ناس بتشتغل في مكان… وفي ناس بتكبر معاه.

شيف ماندو بدأ مع لوكالي وهو عنده 21 سنة كطباخ، وبعد 7 سنين من الشغل، التعلم، الضغط، والتطور، بقى الـHead Chef اللي النهارده مسؤول عن المعادي، توصيل القاهرة الجديدة، والكاترينج.

بس الحكاية بالنسبالنا أكبر من مسمى وظيفي.

لوكالي اتبنت على ناس كبرت معانا، اتعلمنا من بعض، عدّينا أيام سهلة وصعبة سوا، ومع الوقت بقينا عيلة. وشيف ماندو جزء كبير جدًا من الحكاية دي.

من 21 سنة وواقف على الخط… لحد ما بقى هو اللي ماسك المطبخ.

MEET LOKALI — CHEF MANDO ❤️

Some people work somewhere. Some people grow with it.

Mando joined Lokali at just 21 as a cook. Seven years of learning, pressure, hard work and growth later, he became our Head Chef, now overseeing Maadi dine-in, New Cairo delivery and Serv’d Catering .

But to us, the story is bigger than a title.

Lokali was built by people who grew together, learned from each other, survived the hard days together and somewhere along the way became family. Mando is a huge part of that story.

From a 21-year-old cook on the line to the person leading our kitchen today.

Where did it come from? Who made it? What actually went into it?

So we make the bread, the pasta, the sauces, even the things most places wouldn’t bother making, from scratch.

Maybe caring this much about your food is a little niche.
We’re very okay with that.
