- Barista Experience 2 -3 years

Haccap experience
Good writing and talking English

- Runner Experience runner 2-3 years

- CDP Experience 2-3 years - Oriental / Lebanese cuisine
Good management skills
Very good in cutting skills
Haccap experience
Good communicator and teamwork skills
Follows and respects the rules and regulations in the kitchen
Follows the instructions of the direct supervisor and tasks assigned by the head chef
Keeps the department and equipment clean
Good in writing and talking english
Kitchen Helper
minimum 2 years experience

Cleaners Minimum 1 year experience

- Waiter Experience 3-4 years in fine dining restaurant
