Two distinct events for one of our most prominent multinational clients, running simultaneously over the weekend at Palma Bay Rotana Resort

"The UK and Egypt share a long history. That's why this is the right match."

In this part of the interview, Daniel talks about the relationship at the heart of the company: British governance and Egyptian operational depth, two countries whose ties go back centuries.

When we filmed it, he was speaking about Egypt Time Co. UK. Since then, that idea has grown.

As we announced from Brussels yesterday, Egypt Time Co. is becoming a unified UK group, with the group itself to be unveiled soon. The UK entity Daniel describes becomes the base for the whole portfolio: Egypt Time Co., ARTVARA, Time Europa, RSWX, and others in the making. Every brand will work to the same standard of corporate governance and financial compliance.

The reasoning hasn't changed from what Daniel says here. UK governance is what lets clients in other markets trust us. Egypt is where our operational expertise was built. Our specialised public affairs and B2G capabilities in MENAT and the EU, along with trusted regional partners, carry that across borders. This is how a high-level gathering becomes a lasting institutional relationship.

The partnership he describes is now becoming a group.

Casa White & Casa Cook, Hacienda White by Palm Hills Developments, on Egypt's Alamein North Coast.

We delivered a corporate event this week at a property where the design does half the talking: clean white walls, raw textures, natural wood and stone, all set against the crystal-blue Mediterranean.

It's a minimalist, contemporary concept, and our client enjoyed it for that reason. A sharp meeting room for the working sessions, then long evenings by the lagoon and the sea once the day's agenda was done.

After Sunset. The screens came up, the lighting rig took over, and the beach became the venue.

This is the hour everything before it was built for. Seating filled, sound carrying properly once the wind dropped, the client's content running on large-format screens against a black sky — and none of it improvised, because there is no second attempt at an outdoor event after dark.

The things you cannot see in these photographs are the ones that took the longest: power distribution, cable runs buried and covered, a lighting design built for a space with no walls to bounce off, and a crew who knew exactly where they were standing when the light went.

Running simultaneously with an indoor programme for one of our most prominent multinational clients, on the same days, at the same property.

Less than two weeks after we executed at Rixos Premium Alamein, one of the most luxurious resorts in the entire region.
