Carbon Gastronomic Grill offers an unforgettable fancy experience. In 2020, restaurateurs Adel Farahat and Samir Bekhit opened Carbón Gastronomic Grill. The duo’s goal was to be part of the growing number of fancy casual restaurants in Egypt by creating a modern venue featuring prime meat and fresh seafood. We are focused on providing healthy high-quality food and exceptional personalized service in a vibrant, upscale space. The kitchen offer goes from charcoal-grilled meat to pizza, high-quality cheeses and cold cuts, and original chimney cakes straight from Eastern Europe, everything in a vintage-decorated open kitchen based on a charcoal grill.
