What makes our head chef Oliver happy? By the looks of it, fresh, local ingredients. 🤎

Thursdays are delivery days at SOO, and autumn brings plenty to be excited about. Fresh fish, seasonal produce from neighbouring farms and our gardener Ivo’s garden, moss gathered in the forest by Oliver himself.

By evening, it all finds its place in our tasting journey — bringing the flavours of autumn to your table. 🍂

A full house once again, and so much to be thankful for. A surprisingly warm and lovely evening for October in Estonia, filled with candlelight and soulful moments — five hours of good food, music and the special atmosphere that comes from the soul of Maidla Manor Park.
