Dear Friends, we invite you to enjoy the best atmosphere and the best Gastronomy of Vilcabamba here at Panqa Restaurant, we have a traditional Ecuadorian Easter dish called Fanesca, it is a dish that contains 12 types of grains between dry and fresh which represent the 12 Apostles of Jesus Christ, served in a traditional vegetarian soup and also a tradicional one that includes fish. It also contains very nutritious Zapallo and Zambo. We also have Pineapple with Babaco sweets sweetened with organic Panela, and we also have Guava with Panela sweets

Además contiene Zapallo y Zambo muy nutritivos. contamos también con dulces de Piña con Babaco endulzados con Panela orgánica, y también tenemos dulces de Guayaba con Panela
